At Xander Bits, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Customers must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Process
Contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.
Our team may request photos or videos of the product for verification.
Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
3. Refunds
Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through bank transfer, wallet transfer, or another method as communicated by our support team.
Refunds will only be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
The refund amount will cover the product cost. Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacement Option
In cases where a replacement is available, customers may choose to receive a replacement product instead of a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, or usage concerns. Such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
6. Timeframe for Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
